Refund policy

General Return Policy (Physical Items)

For physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).

Return Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged/defective or you received the wrong item.

How to Start a Return

Email support@yoncrochet.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return
    (Photos are helpful if the item is damaged or incorrect.)

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Review + Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take a few business days to post the refund.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation).

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Digital products and patterns are final sale and non-refundable once checkout is completed.

  • Any item that is used, washed, or not in original condition may not be eligible for return.
