Where we ship
We ship to Canada and the United States.
Canada
- Standard tracked shipping, typically 2-9 business days.
- Flat rate: $5.95 CAD.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $60 CAD (applied automatically at checkout).
United States
- Orders ship from our Toronto studio via tracked express carriers (FedEx / DHL). Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days.
- Free shipping on orders over $60 CAD (roughly US$54; applied automatically at checkout).
- Below the free-shipping threshold, shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and package weight, so you see the exact cost before payment. There is no flat US rate.
- All duties and import fees are included in our prices. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise charges at delivery.
- US orders are processed by our international checkout partner (Global-e), which may appear as the merchant on your payment statement.
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us or lost because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Digital products (video lessons, Yon Plus) are delivered instantly to your account. Nothing ships.
